Eric Carolan

Eric Carolan is an experienced professional in integrated pest management (IPM) and security management. Currently serving as an IPM Specialist and Senior IPM Lead at BZAM since December 2022, Eric previously held the position of IPM Lead at The Green Organic Dutchman from August 2020 to December 2022. Eric's foundational experience includes roles as Trail Captain at The Bruce Trail Conservatory and Team Leader & Site Coordinator for The Escarpment Project. In the security sector, Eric worked as a Dual Surveillance Supervisor at both Great Canadian Gaming Corporation and OLG, developing extensive skills in surveillance operations and emergency response. Academic qualifications include an Advanced Graduates Certification in Advanced Security Management & Protective Intelligence and a Diploma in Protection, Security & Investigation, both from Mohawk College.
