Stephen is an experienced recruitment professional with 15 years in the construction, energy, and asset management space. Stephen is well known in the recruitment sector for his work on complex recruitment projects ranging from executive search assignments for FTSE 250 organisations through to international recruitment campaigns and projects ranging in value up to £20m in recruitment spend. Stephen’s clients include Balfour Beatty, Graphite Capital, Skanska, MITIE, Kier Group, Candy & Candy, Westfield, Brookfield Multiplex, Laing O’Rourke, Barclays Bank and several public sector NGOs. Stephen is a qualified project manager and is involved in recruitment solution design and marketing for their clients and was highly commended in the 2018 APSCo awards for Best Client Initiative.
