Gary Kressler

Gary provides executive leadership and oversight to all construction management projects, including mixed-use, residential, educational, hospitality, and retail market sectors within the Metropolitan DC region and California. His 15+ year career includes roles at the general contractor and developer / owner levels and has provided Gary with the understanding of what it takes to deliver a successful project.

Gary’s portfolio ranges from the redevelopment of an existing office building into new high-end, industrial themed apartments to new mixed-use centers providing retail, residential and office spaces in the most sought-after D.C. communities. He has also recently completed Georgetown Day School, Midtown Row, and Circle East.

Originally from central Pennsylvania, Gary now lives in Northern Virginia. He earned his Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and is an active alumni member.
