Luke Paglianete

Luke Paglianete has been working in the IT and organizational change management field since 2008. In 2008, they were a Business Training Consultant and Business Process Designer at AutoPoint, a Solera Company. Luke was also a Training and Development Consultant for the PeopleSoft 9.1 Upgrade at Indecon Solutions at American Electric Power (AEP). In 2012, they joined Battelle Memorial Institute as a Technical Trainer, IT Communications Manager, and Organizational Change Manager. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at The Greentree Group as a Senior Business Consultant and Organizational Change Agent (OCM).
