the greenwerk. is an international advisory firm at the intersection of climate finance, UNFCCC climate policy, sustainable development, NDC investment planning, and climate impact measurement.
We help governments, international organizations, development finance institutions, multilateral development banks, climate funds, and private partners turn Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) and climate strategies into financeable programmes and measurable results. Our work links policy expertise, financing know-how, and institutional capacity building.
Climate finance access is central to our work. We advise countries and institutions on NDC investment plans, country programming, project pipelines, financing strategies, and funding proposals for major funds, including the Green Climate Fund (GCF), Global Environment Facility (GEF), Adaptation Fund (AF), Mitigation Action Facility (MAF), and other sources.
We provide expertise on climate finance transparency and the international climate policy architecture. We help clients navigate UNFCCC processes, Paris Agreement implementation, climate finance reporting, accountability frameworks, and requirements to demonstrate the scale, quality, and impact of climate finance.
To strengthen credible climate impact, we design results frameworks, monitoring, evaluation and learning systems, transformational change assessments, and evidence-based portfolio management tools. This helps partners improve decision-making, communicate results, and strengthen accountability.
Our advisory work covers mitigation, adaptation, energy transition, green industrial development, sustainable finance, private-sector engagement, and the mobilization of public and private capital.
At the greenwerk., we are committed to evidence-based solutions that contribute to a low-carbon, climate-resilient, and inclusive future. We help partners navigate complexity, mobilize finance, and turn ambitious climate and development goals into action.
