Winnie Okpapi is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the arts and entertainment industry. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at The Grid Management since July 2023, Winnie's previous roles include Head of Strategy, Production, and Talent Affairs at The Temple Company, where significant achievements included leading a team for the Global Citizen Lagos live festival in 2021 and collaborating on the History of the Shrine Film. Winnie's career also encompasses positions as a Film/Content Producer at TMPL Motion Pictures and Senior Manager of Arts and Talent Management, among others. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Arts and Culture Management from Rome Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Engineering from Covenant University.
