Maggie Wong, MSW, is a seasoned professional in development operations and grant writing, currently serving as the Director of Development Operations and previously as a Business Development Officer at The GroundTruth Project since May 2020, where responsibilities include securing institutional and government funding for a $13.7M agency. Prior to this, Maggie held leadership roles, including Executive Director at Friends of Copley Square, focused on organizational excellence and strategic goal achievement, and Development Associate at Boston Chinatown Neighborhood Center, specializing in grant writing for various funding sources. Previous experience also includes grant reviewing at the Massachusetts Office for Victim Assistance and technical roles at Boston College and Code: Red. Maggie holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Boston College and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
