In a prior role as Broker Owner/Partner, responsibilities included decision-making for one of the largest real estate firms in Steamboat Springs, CO, encompassing strategic planning, marketing, and training sales associates. Additionally, Martin's background includes a position as Bell Captain at Intrawest from June 2001 to July 2009, where skills in hiring, training, and managing staff were developed. Martin holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Economics in Varna and completed a programming program at the High School of Economics.
