Pete Wither

Pete Wither has extensive experience in the real estate and outdoor recreation industries, serving as Owner and Broker at Colorado Group Realty since 1998, specializing in resort real estate, including single-family homes, condos, rural and development land, and small ranches. Prior to this role, Pete Wither worked as a Part Time Guide at Steamboat Powdercats from 1984 to 2013 and served as the Ski Patrol Director at Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation for three decades, from 1968 to 1998.
