Todd Asbury

Todd Asbury has extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as the Managing Broker and owner of Colorado Group Realty LLC since 2004, overseeing a team of approximately 55 brokers. Prior to this role, Todd worked as a Commercial Appraiser at West Terra Appraisal from April 1987 to June 1990, where several hundred properties, including industrial and commercial properties, were appraised in the Denver metro area. Additionally, Todd was an Owner/Partner at Peregrine Ltd. from January 1978 to August 1982, focusing on the development of commercial properties in the same region. Todd holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate & Insurance from Southern Methodist University, obtained between 1962 and 1967.
