Earlier, Bill West served as Executive Director of The Fraternity of Alpha Kappa Lambda from June 1973 to June 1977, where responsibilities included traveling to collegiate chapters, engaging with alumni, and organizing meetings. The Group, Inc. was founded in 1976 by twelve real estate professionals that wanted to create a real estate company owned equally by its sales associates and staff. Our goal was to create a company that would attract and keep the best and brightest real estate people, and create an environment where we could work together as a team to provide value to our customers. We are also a locally owned, independent company. Decisions are made right here. We live here, work here, and raise our families here.
