Bill West

Bill West has extensive experience in real estate, currently serving as a Broker Associate/Partner at The Group, Inc. Real Estate since September 1979, specializing in marketing residential and small investment properties in Northern Colorado, particularly in Fort Collins and Loveland. Prior to this role, Bill West was a Sales Associate at Dillon, Vaughan, Walters Real Estate from July 1977 to September 1979, focusing on new home sales. Earlier, Bill West served as Executive Director of The Fraternity of Alpha Kappa Lambda from June 1973 to June 1977, where responsibilities included traveling to collegiate chapters, engaging with alumni, and organizing meetings. Bill West earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Business, and Journalism from Kansas State University, having previously graduated from Tonganoxie High School.
