Brandi Broadley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate and fitness instruction. Currently serving as a Real Estate Broker/Partner at The Group, Inc. Real Estate since January 2019 and as a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Devonshire since June 2014, Brandi emphasizes compassion, organization, and dependability to meet clients' home needs. Additionally, Brandi has been a Group Fitness Instructor at Miramont Lifestyle Fitness since March 2012, holding certifications in Les Mills Body Pump and Spinning, teaching classes to inspire and engage members in Northern Colorado. Previous roles include Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker Real Estate and Residential Program Supervisor at Foothills Gateway, Inc., where Brandi managed a caseload of individuals with developmental disabilities and supervised staff. Brandi holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Colorado State University.
