With a robust background in education, Denise worked for Teaching Adventures from 1987 to 2010, holding various positions including Operations Manager for Poudre School District, Instructor for Teachers, and Classroom Teacher for preschool through 2nd grade. Denise earned a Bachelor's degree in Education and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, both from Fort Hays State University, where studies were completed between 1986 and 1991.

The Group, Inc. was founded in 1976 by twelve real estate professionals that wanted to create a real estate company owned equally by its sales associates and staff. Our goal was to create a company that would attract and keep the best and brightest real estate people, and create an environment where we could work together as a team to provide value to our customers. We are also a locally owned, independent company. Decisions are made right here. We live here, work here, and raise our families here. Group partners are active in our communities, serving on boards, commissions, and committees, chairing fundraisers, coaching little league teams, and volunteering in the classroom.
