Matt Thompson has extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager at The Group, Inc. Real Estate since 2008, where responsibilities include managing operations and guiding various departments to enhance service quality across Colorado. Previous roles at The Group involved coaching and training agents, leading to the development of successful sales strategies. Prior to this, Matt worked at Milesbrand Agency as a Brand Manager/Account Executive, managing branding and marketing plans for various clients, and served as Marketing Director at DR Horton, where oversight of statewide marketing efforts led to significant home sales. Additional experience includes a role at Walmart and military service as an Executive Administration Assistant in the U.S. Navy. Matt holds a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Colorado State University.

The Group, Inc. was founded in 1976 by twelve real estate professionals that wanted to create a real estate company owned equally by its sales associates and staff. Our goal was to create a company that would attract and keep the best and brightest real estate people, and create an environment where we could work together as a team to provide value to our customers. We are also a locally owned, independent company. Decisions are made right here. We live here, work here, and raise our families here. Group partners are active in our communities, serving on boards, commissions, and committees, chairing fundraisers, coaching little league teams, and volunteering in the classroom.
