Previously, Shawn served the City of Evans for over 25 years in various roles, including Community Development Specialist and multiple positions within law enforcement, ranging from Police Officer to Master Police Officer. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Organismal Biology from the University of Northern Colorado and has pursued numerous leadership development training programs.

The Group, Inc. was founded in 1976 by twelve real estate professionals that wanted to create a real estate company owned equally by its sales associates and staff. Our goal was to create a company that would attract and keep the best and brightest real estate people, and create an environment where we could work together as a team to provide value to our customers. We are also a locally owned, independent company. Decisions are made right here. We live here, work here, and raise our families here. Group partners are active in our communities, serving on boards, commissions, and committees, chairing fundraisers, coaching little league teams, and volunteering in the classroom.
