Susan Herlihy

Susan Herlihy, CRS, has extensive experience in both equestrian and real estate industries. Currently serving as a Riding Instructor at Four Winds Equestrian Centre since December 2018, Susan has also been an Associate Broker/Partner at The Group, Inc. Real Estate since August 2015, focusing on providing exceptional customer service and assisting clients in navigating the real estate market. Previous roles include Senior Riding Instructor at Lynchland Stables and Public Relations and Programming Coordinator at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, where Susan managed communications, PR, and community relations. Additional experience includes interim leadership in communications for the City of Fort Collins and various senior strategist and vice president roles in prominent PR firms, showcasing expertise in marketing communications, media relations, and crisis management. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Iowa.
