Courtney Hicks

Courtney Hicks, MAcc, currently serves as Accounting Manager at The Grove since August 2022, having previously held the position of Senior Accountant. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Accountant at CKE Restaurants, Inc., where responsibilities involved journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting utilizing PeopleSoft. Prior to that, Courtney spent several years at HCA Healthcare Physician Services Group, progressing from Staff Accountant to Senior Accountant, managing month-end close processes, leading teams, and improving interdepartmental collaboration. Additional experience includes roles at Parallon as a Treasury Specialist and at the Internal Revenue Service as a Contact Representative. Courtney holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University-Commerce and has a diverse educational background with degrees in Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, and Criminal Justice.
