Brian Anderson has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Brian started their career as a Tax Consultant at Jackson Hewitt in 2003. Brian then moved on to Flying Food Group as a Senior Accountant in 2005. In 2006, they joined LaSalle Solutions as an Assistant Controller before moving to HD Imaging, Inc. as a Corporate Controller in 2008. Brian then joined HMSHost in 2009, where they held various positions including Director, Business Controller and Finance/Accounting Director of Cost Optimization Matrix. Brian was responsible for cost management and inventory control, implementing policies and procedures, improving company food and beverage cost, developing scorecards and reports for executive leadership, and lowering expenses. Since 2016, Brian has been working at The Grove, Inc. as the Chief Financial Officer.
Brian Anderson obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business in 1999, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. Brian then pursued a Master's degree in Accounting from Western Michigan University from 2003 to 2004.
