Mark Rimkus has a diverse work experience in the foodservice industry. Mark started their career as a grill cook at Lettuce Entertain You in 2002. Mark then worked at various positions in InterContinental Hotels Group, including Room Service Manager and MIS from 2004 to 2008. In 2008, they became a Chef at Krolls American Bar and Grill. From 2010 to 2018, they served as the Executive Chef at Flo & Santos. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Operations at The Grove, Inc., and also has previous experience as a Regional Manager in the same company.
Mark Rimkus attended Eastern Illinois University from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Following this, from 2001 to 2003, they attended Kendall College, earning an Associate degree in Culinary Arts.
