Anaelle Metais is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in food and beverage management. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando since August 2023, Anaelle previously held the position of Training Manager at Marriott International from August 2022 to August 2023. Anaelle has also demonstrated expertise as a Guest Experience Manager at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and Walt Disney World, overseeing multiple food and beverage outlets. Prior to these roles, Anaelle worked at Hilton San Francisco Union Square as a Food and Beverage Manager, contributing to the openings of new outlets. Anaelle's experience further includes roles at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Orlando, and various positions throughout hospitality career beginnings. Anaelle earned a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management from EHL, complementing a foundation in hospitality established at Dr. Phillips High School.
