Katy Crews

Katy Crews is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as Reservations Manager at The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando since June 2024. Prior to this role, Katy worked as Guest Services Manager at Evermore Orlando Resort from November 2023 to June 2024 and held various positions at Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort, including Reservations Manager and Assistant Guest Services Manager from March 2021 to November 2023. Katy's career also includes experience at BARTELL HOTELS as Guest Service Supervisor, Group Rooms Coordinator, and Guest Service Agent from December 2017 to January 2021, as well as a stint as a Customer Service Agent at Alamo Rent A Car in 2017. Earlier experience includes serving as Park Operations Assistant Supervisor at SeaWorld San Diego from April 2012 to July 2017. Katy is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management at the University of Florida and holds an Associate of Science in Business, Hospitality & Tourism, Marketing from Grossmont College.
