Andy Watson Mih

Andy Watson MIH is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the hospitality sector. Currently serving as Financial Controller at The Grove since January 2020, Andy has previously held key financial roles such as Director of Finance at the Royal Air Force Club from August 2016 to January 2020, and Cluster Finance Director at Hilton Worldwide from October 2011 to July 2016. Additional experience includes positions as Financial Controller at Brocket Hall Estate and AFC at Marriott International, along with an internship at Woodway Country Club. Andy holds a BA(Hons) in Hotel Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University, completed in June 2001, and a foundational education from Cottingham High School.
