Jorge Montero Avila

Jorge Montero Avila is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in restaurant and bar management. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager at The Grove since March 2017, Jorge has held various positions including Senior Floor Manager and Assistant Bar Manager, where responsibilities include supervising staff performance and managing monthly budgets. Prior experience includes a role as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Hilton Hotels & Resorts from March 2016 to March 2017, and Team Lead at La Boqueria Restaurante from January 2012 to August 2014. Jorge holds a degree in Restaurant and Bar Services Management from Instituto Educacion Secundaria Gran Capitán, completed between 2011 and 2013.
