Alejandro Radulovich is an experienced executive coach and organizational consultant with a focus on human resource management and development. Currently serving as Coach Ejecutivo, Consultor Organizacional, and Especialista en Gestión Humana at The Growth Coach since August 2016, Alejandro previously held the position of Lead Coach & Mentor for The Growth Coach Costa Rica from October 2016 to October 2022. Prior to this, Alejandro was General Manager at Costa Rica Pro Export, overseeing the commercialization and sale of food and beverages in Central America and Mexico from June 2011 to December 2015. Alejandro's extensive experience in human resources includes a notable tenure as Human Resources Administrator at Universidad EARTH, where responsibilities encompassed the planning and implementation of HR processes and systems to support organizational growth and change. Alejandro holds a Master of Science in Management & Organizational Development from Alliant International University and has received additional qualifications in coaching from various institutions.
