Kelly Taylor-Swindlehurst

Kelly Taylor-Swindlehurst is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education and skills development. Currently serving as the Skills Centre Manager at The Growth Company: Education & Skills since October 2021, Kelly has previously held various roles in organizations such as Back2Work Complete Training, where responsibilities included eLearning Assessor and Progressions Coordinator. Prior experience includes managing a skills center at The Growth Company, team management and coaching roles at Ingeus, and delivering training at multiple educational institutions. Kelly holds a Post Compulsory Education and Training PGCE from the University of Sunderland and a Bachelor's degree in Social and Community Care from the University of Bradford.
