Roberto Persivale has an extensive work experience spanning different industries and roles. Roberto began their career as an Intern at Austrade, where they facilitated collaborations between Australian companies and Peruvian mining companies. Roberto then interned at Libélula, a climate change and sustainability consultancy, assisting in a WWF-sponsored adaptation project. Roberto also worked as an Intern at EcoSecurities, focusing on carbon trading and assessment in the Peruvian market. Roberto later interned at Macquarie Group, where they liaised with international diplomats to establish positive relations with Australian Government Departments and Embassies. Roberto then joined The Beijing Axis as an Analyst, conducting desk research and contributing to the company's analytical business journal. Roberto further enhanced their consulting skills at Asesorandes, focusing on financial advisory and business development in Peru and the Andean region. Roberto co-founded Andean Corner PTY LTD, a small business aimed at promoting Latin American brands in Australia. Roberto was also a Business Designer at ThinkPlace, a strategic design consultancy that worked with leaders to create a positive future world. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Manager at The Growth Drivers. Overall, Roberto's diverse work experience has equipped him with a strong background in consulting, sustainability, business development, and international relations.

Roberto Persivale completed their Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Asian Studies at The Australian National University from 2006 to 2010, with a focus on Anthropology, International Relations, Chinese (Mandarin), and Contemporary Asian Societies. Roberto also pursued Arts studies at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú from 2005 to 2006, focusing on Psychology, Cosmology, Peruvian History, Peruvian Sociology, and Anthropology. In addition, Roberto earned an International Baccalaureate from Markham College in 2003-2004, covering subjects such as French, English, History, Spanish, Mathematics, Biology, and Theory of Knowledge. More recently, Roberto completed a program at Stanford University in 2020-2021 focused on Building Business Models and Cultivating the Entrepreneurial Mindset.
