Aftab Saleem is an experienced professional in eCommerce and digital marketing, currently serving as Managing Director, Chief Trading Officer, and Principal eCommerce Director at The Growth Foundation since September 2021. Aftab has a strong background in leading eCommerce strategies, having previously held roles as Head of eCommerce at BAT and Head of International Digital and eCommerce at Mothercare. Aftab's career includes positions as Trading Manager for eCommerce at Midcounties Co-operative, eCommerce and Digital Marketing Consultant, eCommerce Business Manager at T-Mobile, and Business Analyst at Microsoft. With a BSc (Hons) in Business Studies with Financial Management from The University of Salford, Aftab combines extensive operational expertise with a solid educational foundation.
