Shannon's background includes service management at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust and senior administrative roles at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust. Early career experience includes retail positions at TOPSHOP TOPMAN and Sally Salon Services. Shannon holds an NVQ Level 2 in Business & Administration from Rewards Training (2017-2018).
