Teele Tamme

Teele Tamme is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational transformation and learning development. Currently serving as a Consultant at The Growth Hub since October 2024, Teele previously held multiple roles at Deliverect from August 2020 to October 2024, including Organisational Transformation Manager, Head of Learning and Development, and L&D Partner. Prior experience includes a position as Retail Manager at SANDRO and a lengthy tenure at Hard Rock International, where roles spanned from General Manager to Learning Manager and Operations Manager. Teele is pursuing an MBA at Durham University, expected to conclude in September 2025, and holds a Diploma in Learning & Development from Acacia Learning.
