Matthew Skelton

Matthew Skelton has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Matthew started their career in 1999 as an Aerospace Mechanic in the United States Air Force, where they served until 2003. Matthew then worked at St. Anton Partners from 2006 to 2013, starting as a Real Estate Analyst and later becoming a Regional Supervisor. From 2013 to 2020, they were employed at USA Properties Fund, Inc., initially as an Acquisition Associate and later as an Acquisitions Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Land Acquisition at The Grupe Company, starting in February 2020.

Matthew Skelton earned their Bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Land Use from California State University-Sacramento, completing their studies between 2005 and 2007.
