Ohmer Belma has extensive experience in recruitment and marketing, currently serving as the Director of Recruitment and Marketing at THE GTI GROUP since January 2019. Prior to this role, Ohmer worked as a Corporate Recruiter at FLS Transportation Services from December 2017 to January 2019. Ohmer also held the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR Strategy Development at American Iron & Metal from September 2015 to November 2017. Ohmer's educational background includes a D.E.C. in Business Administration from John Abbott College and a BAC in Marketing from Concordia University.
