Whitney Mulaj has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Whitney is currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Growth at The Guestbook. Prior to this, they worked at Resorts World Las Vegas as the General Manager of Luxury Services for Crockfords. Before that, they held the position of Director Of Hotel Operations at SKYLOFTS at MGM Grand from 2019 to 2021. From 2010 to 2019, they worked at Wynn Las Vegas, initially as the Assistant Director of Hotel Operations and later as the Front Office Manager for Tower Suites. In 2008, they joined Hilton Worldwide as a Management Trainee and later held positions as the Director of Guest Services and the Director of Housekeeping.
