Sylvia Hickey

Sylvia Hickey is an experienced Marketing Director currently overseeing marketing initiatives at The Guidance Center since July 2021 and simultaneously serving in the same capacity across multiple divisions of Western Arkansas Counseling and Guidance Center since June 2021. With a strong background in healthcare marketing, Sylvia has contributed to various clinics under Western Arkansas Counseling, including those in Polk County, 31st Street Clinic, Logan-Booneville, Franklin County, Scott County, Crawford County, and the Polk County Clinic from June 2021 to September 2022. In addition to professional experience, Sylvia is pursuing education at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and has been undertaking specialized training in Medical Specialty Coding and Compliance, with an emphasis on HCS-D and ICD-10-CM. Furthermore, Sylvia is currently working towards a CPC certification through AAPC.
