Emma Brown is an experienced communications specialist currently serving at The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association since July 2014, where responsibilities include managing communications for Guide Dogs Scotland and contributing to national efforts across the UK. Emma has held various roles, including Services Marketing Officer and Regional Volunteering Advisor, demonstrating expertise in increasing service referrals, team management, and supporting staff during organizational changes. Past roles also include serving as Staff Representative and Regional Communications Officer, along with experience in frontline positions at NHS Lanarkshire. Emma is currently pursuing a Certificate in Professional Digital Marketing from CIM and holds a Bachelor of Science in Health from Glasgow Caledonian University.
