Lenka Sobotkova

Lenka Sobotkova is an experienced operations and business management professional with a strong background in the cosmetics industry and volunteer services. Currently serving as Operations Volunteering Officer at The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association since April 2022, Lenka focuses on enhancing the quality of life for individuals with sight loss and providing support to dogs, customers, and colleagues. Previously, Lenka held key roles at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., including Business Manager for Jo Malone London, where responsibilities included building a £1 million account in a major UK tourist destination and leveraging interpersonal skills to enhance brand awareness.
