Meghann Gibson

Meghann Gibson is an experienced professional in the animal care sector, currently serving as Dog Supply Manager for the South and Canine Assisted Services Operations Manager at The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association since January 2020. In this role, Meghann effectively manages a diverse team, implements staff development initiatives, oversees production and dog flow planning, and maintains compliance with organizational procedures. Additionally, Meghann is site lead for a building redevelopment project and coordinates a large volunteer boarder scheme. Prior to this, Meghann worked at Dogs Trust from September 2015 to January 2020 in various roles, including Freedom Project Regional Assistant, where Meghann managed pet fostering for individuals fleeing domestic abuse, and Adoption Adviser, focusing on matching dogs with potential adopters. Meghann began a career in animal care as a Canine Carer, providing high levels of care for rescue dogs. Education includes a Level 3 Diploma in Horse Care and Management from Bicton College of Agriculture completed from 2012 to 2014.
