Michelle Thomas

Michelle Thomas is an experienced professional currently serving as the Operations Support Coordinator for The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association since October 2021. Previously, Michelle held several key positions, including Director at North Devon Consulting from March 2016 to October 2021, and Schools Organiser for NSPCC where Michelle delivered educational assemblies and workshops in Devon and Cornwall. As the Owner of Personable Development, Michelle provided workshops focused on NLP for parenting and Laughter Yoga sessions. Additionally, Michelle worked as a Learning and Development Officer at Mid Devon District Council, where administrative support and training course promotion were key responsibilities. Early career roles at HBOS included Training and Competence Manager and Regulated Trainer, both focusing on the development and implementation of training frameworks.
