Pip Brady has a diverse work experience spanning almost two decades. Pip is currently the Head of Brand at The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association. Prior to that, they held the same role at Battersea Dogs & Cats Home, where they successfully led the brand transformation and integrated multi-channel campaigns. Before entering the non-profit sector, Pip worked as a Senior Client Director at Aesop Agency, where they built strong client relationships and helped them achieve change and innovation. Pip also has experience as a Client Director at Lambie-Nairn and Construct London, where they established client relationships and implemented efficient studio resources. In the early years of their career, Pip worked as a Group Account Director at Start Creative, managing accounts for major brands such as Virgin Media and Dubai Airports. Pip also gained experience in project management at Carphone Warehouse and worked as a Marketing Manager at Hearst Magazines. Additionally, Pip has a background in brand communications and account management, having worked at Moon Design and Quality Brands International.
