Iain McKenzie

Iain McKenzie currently serves as the CEO of The Guild of Property Professionals, a position held since March 2017, where responsibilities include managing the organization and supporting approximately 800 Guild Members in raising industry standards. Previously, Iain was the Managing Director - South at Countrywide Plc, overseeing multiple branches and service offerings across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight from November 2011 to December 2016. Iain also held the Managing Director role at Enfields Franchising LLP and McKenzie & Smith Ltd, focusing on independent real estate and property management. Earlier experiences include Area Manager at Halifax Property Services and Regional Manager at Hambro Countrywide, both involving full P&L responsibilities. Iain was educated at John Penrose Secondary School and Exmouth CC.
