Isabella Mercado

Isabella Mercado has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Sales Coordinator at The Gwen, A Luxury Collection Hotel since September 2019, in addition to previous roles as a Front Office Agent and Cocktail Server. Prior to this, Isabella worked at IVY Boutique Hotel from August 2017 to June 2019, holding various positions including Office Assistant, Breakfast Attendant, Banquet Server, Front Desk Agent, and Cocktail Server. Earlier experience includes a role as a Hostess and Office Assistant at Fogo de Chão from May 2013 to June 2017, as well as a Banquet Server position with Odyssey Cruises in May to September 2016. Isabella obtained a High School Diploma from Nicholas Senn High School and is currently pursuing education at Kendall College and City Colleges of Chicago-Wilbur Wright College.
