Matt Jergens is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Hotel Executive Chef and General Manager of Kostali at The Gwen, A Luxury Collection Hotel since September 2017, Matt has a proven track record of leadership and culinary excellence. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef, and various cook positions at The Liberty Hotel from October 2011 to September 2017. Additionally, Matt worked as a line cook and server at Raso's Grille from January 2006 to January 2013. Educational credentials include training from the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts completed between 2010 and 2011, alongside studies at Merrimack College.
