Catherine Ferma

Catherine Ferma has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Catherine is currently the Operations Director at The Gym Group since February 2022, overseeing operations and leading transformation projects. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Operations Transformation at The Gym Group from October 2021 to February 2022. Before joining The Gym Group, Catherine worked as a Project Lead from February 2021 to October 2021. Catherine was the Chief Operating Officer at The Club Company from April 2019 to August 2020. Catherine also held the position of Commercial Operations Director at PlayFootball from July 2016 to April 2019. Catherine took maternity leave from February 2015 to June 2016. Catherine's earlier experience includes being the Spa and Salon Director at PZ Cussons Beauty from September 2010 to January 2015, and the Regional Director at Esporta from August 2008 to August 2010.

Catherine Ferma earned a BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Science from the University of Brighton, studying from 1992 to 1995.
