Lance Cullen

Lance Cullen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and technical program management. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager for New Markets at The Haartz Corporation since 2019, Lance focuses on managing business development and existing accounts for non-automotive products and applications. Prior to this, Lance held various leadership roles at Madico, Inc., including Director of Technical Programs, where responsibilities included managing a team of Senior Scientists and Technicians in R&D and new product development, and Continuous Improvement Manager - Blackbelt, leading the company’s continuous improvement initiatives. Earlier experience at GKN Aerospace involved roles such as Focus Factory Manager, overseeing production teams and processes, and Product Development Engineer, where efficiencies in product introduction processes were significantly improved. Lance holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
