Marcus Klebart is a Coatings Development Engineer at The Haartz Corporation since November 2019, focusing on the creation of sustainably-sourced water-based PUDs for the automotive interior trim industry to reduce carbon emissions. Responsibilities include conducting ladder studies, design of experiments (DOEs), and scale-up trials, alongside sourcing innovative products that comply with international regulations. Previous experience includes a brief tenure as a Ceramics Engineering Intern at AMETEK, where processes were analyzed and documented, and a managerial role at Cook's Cycles. Marcus is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Polymers & Coatings at Eastern Michigan University, following a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and Chemical Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
