Mary Tighe Sphr

Mary Tighe SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 15 years of experience in human resources. Mary currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at The Haartz Corporation since December 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Director and Head of Human Resources at The Haartz Corporation from January 2018 to December 2019. Before joining The Haartz Corporation, Mary was the Director of Human Resources at Boston Centerless from April 2012 to January 2018. Mary also gained valuable experience at AMEC Environment & Infrastructure, where they held multiple roles including Director of Employee Relations, North America from March 2010 to August 2011 and Regional HR Manager from May 2004 to April 2011. Throughout their career, Mary has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of human resources management.

Mary Tighe SPHR, SHRM-SCP completed their undergraduate education at Plymouth State University from 1989 to 1993. Mary obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work during this time. In terms of additional certifications, Mary obtained the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2005. Mary then became an Advanced Certified Internet Recruiter (ACIR) through AIRS in November 2006. In June 2007, Mary obtained the Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR) certification from AIRS. Later, in October 2012, they became a Certified Birkman Consultant through Birkman International. Mary'smost recent certification came in November 2015, when they obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM.
