Jessica Haley

Jessica Haley is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience in strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as Principal and HR Executive Advisory Practice Leader at The Hackett Group Inc. since March 2024, Jessica previously held the position of Senior Director at EY from October 2014 to March 2024. Prior to that, Jessica was the E-Commerce Business Program Manager at h.h. gregg and served as a Business Analyst and Major Account Consultant at First Advantage. Jessica also gained valuable experience as a Project Manager at Walker Information and as an Instructor/Foreign Expert at Xinjiang University of Finance and Economics. Jessica Haley holds an MBA from Anderson University and a Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and Management from Ball State University.
