Susan Leandri is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in knowledge management and intellectual property development. Currently serving as Principal & Senior Vice President at The Hackett Group Inc., Susan leads the development of key strategic intellectual property solutions, including Hackett's Digital Transformation Platform. Previous roles include Vice President of Strategic IP Development at The Hackett Group, Enterprise Knowledge & Collaboration Leader at Verint-Systems, and Managing Director at KM Transformation Services LLC. With a strong foundation from PwC Consulting, where Susan held several leadership roles in Knowledge Services, and earlier career experience at Arthur Andersen, Susan has consistently driven innovation in knowledge and collaboration practices across diverse organizations. Susan holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Northeastern Illinois University.
