Tracee Bowles, CPP, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Global Payroll & Workforce Management Advisory Practice Leader at The Hackett Group Inc. with extensive experience in human resources and payroll management. Prior roles include Senior Director of HR Transformation, Director of Global Payroll & Compensation, and Director of Global Payroll Operations at Acosta. Tracee has also held the position of Director of Payroll Tax, North America at NGA Human Resources, and various managerial roles at Ceridian, including Senior Portfolio Manager, HRO Wage Garnishment Manager, and HRO Payroll Tax Manager. Earlier in the career, Tracee worked as the PEO Operations Manager at PEOple Premier, Inc.
