Chc Jay Bangert Sashe

Jay Bangert, CHC, SASHE has a comprehensive work experience in the construction industry. Jay started their career as a Project Engineer at Geupel Demars Hagerman from January 2003 to January 2004. Jay then worked at The Hagerman Group, where they held various positions including Project Engineer from May 2001 to October 2005, Project Manager from January 2006 to November 2014, Senior Project Manager from November 2014 to July 2015, Project Executive from July 2015 to March 2020, and Vice President of Operations from March 2020 to August 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Healthcare Operations at The Hagerman Group. Throughout their career, Jay has demonstrated strong leadership skills, effective project management, and a focus on achieving key performance indicators.

Jay Bangert, CHC, SASHE has an extensive education history. Jay graduated from New Haven High School in 1999. Jay then attended Purdue University Fort Wayne from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from the School of Engineering, Technology, and Computer Science. During their time at Purdue, they also pursued two Associate of Science degrees in Architectural Engineering Technology and Civil Engineering Technology, both from the School of Engineering, Technology, and Computer Science. Additionally, in 2000, they briefly studied Architectural, Art History, and Urban Design at Purdue University.

In terms of additional certifications, Jay Bangert has obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2006, they became an Associate Constructor through the American Institute of Constructors. Jay also holds a LEED Accredited Professional BD+C certification from the Green Building Certification Institute, obtained in 2008.

In the healthcare field, they have obtained the Certified Healthcare Constructor certification from the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) in 2016. Jay has also acquired the Health Care Facility Management and Construction Infection Prevention Certificate and the Healthcare Construction Certificate, both from ASHE. These certificates were obtained in 2015 and 2014, respectively.

Jay Bangert has also pursued certifications outside of their field. Jay has received various sailing certifications from the American Sailing Association, including Bareboat Cruising, Cruising Catamaran Sailing, Basic Coastal Cruising (103), and Basic Keelboat Sailing (101). In addition, they have obtained the Fishers City Government Academy (CGA) certification from the City of Fishers in 2018. Jay has also completed the Procore Certified: Project Manager (Construction Financials), Procore Fundamentals Associate, and Procore Certified: Associate certifications from Procore Technologies in 2017, 2015, and 2015, respectively. Furthermore, they hold an OSHA 30 Hour certification from The Hagerman Group Institute of Learning, achieved in 2012.

Lastly, in the field of ice hockey, Jay Bangert has obtained coaching certifications from USA Hockey, including the USA Hockey Coaching Certification Level III and specific age modules such as 16U and 14U.
