Brian Swickard

Brian Swickard, MBA, is an experienced supply chain and operations professional with a diverse background in customer supply chain management and military service. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Supply Chain at The Hain Celestial Group since September 2021, Brian previously held senior roles at Henkel, including Senior Manager of Customer Operations, where leadership of a Customer Operations Team generated over $500 million in annual sales. Brian's achievements include receiving the “Supply Chain Collaboration Award” from Dollar General and advancing through multiple managerial positions. With a solid foundation in forecasting and replenishment processes as well as extensive experience in supply chain analytics, Brian also has a background in accounting and military operations, holding a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Southern Indiana and an MBA in International Business from John Brown University.
